Summit Church Christian Leader’s Training Is Exact

Summit School of Ministry Christian Leader's Instructional Courses are personally taught by Rev. Dr. Michael Morawski at your location and are custom fit to the needs of each individual church. There is no other ministry instruction like it.
Pastor Mike has been training people to enter the ministry for over 20 years. Churches need leaders who have hearts that have been touched by God’s grace, heads that are growing in the knowledge of God, and hands that are ready to serve Jesus Christ.
Every Christian Leader of your church represents Christ as His ambassador. Whether they are on staff or a volunteer, an assistant pastor, associate minister, trustee, director, deacon or deaconess, choir member, or ministry leader, your church should be a healthy and functioning unit.
Every series of classes will help the participant internalize foundational principles essential for developing ministerial ethics and spiritual protocol, especially their own personal walk with Christ. Emphasis will be on the Leader understanding the commitment needed to successfully serve Jesus Christ in Ministry.
- All the following courses can be taught right in your home church location.
- Most churches select a course on a 2-day basis—Friday nights and Saturdays.
- Some churches choose to do the course only on Saturdays.
- Admission can be from 1 to 500 participants.
- Pastor Mike’s books will be available for purchase at each course.
- Certificates will be awarded to each participant upon course completion.
- Course fees can be paid by each participant or collectively by the Host Church.
