We invite you to magnify the Lord with us every Sunday at 12 noon as we exalt His name together (Psalm 34:3). As we lift the name of Jesus, He will draw all people unto Himself (John 12:32). Our doors and hearts are always open to gladly serve you.
Summit Church is a place where you can dress casually, feel the love of Jesus through others, enjoy uplifting Christian music, and the fellowship of like-minded people with delicious free food after service.
Our sanctuary is located on the Upper Level of Trinity Church in Tariffville Ct at 11 Church Street, and our Sunday Service starts at 12 noon. We selected this setting because of its central location in Connecticut, which is easily accessible from all directions.
The Bible gives two specific reasons for committing to be part of a close-knit family of believers:
God designed the church to be the place where we can receive the truth of His Word, the Bible. Also, we help others to persevere in their faith amidst a darkening culture. With these powerful goals in mind, the Bible calls believers to love, encourage, and stimulate one another to good works until Christ returns. This mandate is what drives Summit Church.
Senior Pastor Mike Morawski is personally committed to teaching the Holy Bible and investing in the lives of the Summit Church congregation beyond Sunday. Every Wednesday evening from 6-6:20 pm, he teaches an in-depth and focused time around God’s Word, all from Facebook Live. This convenient Bible Study, which is recorded so you can watch anytime, will help each believer grow closer to the Lord, find encouragement, and develop a sound theology of self-denying love. God will bless every individual and ministry that seeks to glorify Him before a watching world.

Being a Christian means you have embraced what the Bible says about God, mankind, and salvation. The Bible says we were created by a personal God whose name is Jesus. We are to love, serve, and enjoy endless fellowship with Him. The New Testament reveals it was Jesus Christ Himself who created everything (John 1:3; Colossians 1:16).
Therefore, Christ owns and rules everything (Psalm 103:19). God is absolutely and perfectly holy (Isaiah 6:3). Therefore, He cannot commit or approve of evil (James 1:13). God requires holiness of us as well. First Peter 1:16 says, "You shall be holy, for I am holy."
According to Scripture, everyone is guilty of sin: "There is no person who does not sin" (1 Kings 8:46). That doesn’t mean we’re incapable of performing acts of human kindness. But we’re utterly incapable of understanding, loving, or pleasing God on our own (Romans 3:10-12).
So, how do you receive salvation and spend eternity with God in heaven?
By accepting, receiving, and confessing Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior.
John 14:6: Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
Romans 10:9-10 says, “If you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
Romans 10:13 states: “All those who call on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
If you wish to receive Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior and be assured of your salvation in heaven, the following prayer must come from your heart:
Salvation Prayer:
Lord, please forgive me for my sins.
I understand Jesus died on the cross, and you raised Him from the dead.
He sits at your right hand, interceding for me.
I receive Him today as my personal Lord and Savior.
Please fill me with your Holy Spirit, as you promised in your Word.
Thank you, Father, for this gift.
In Jesus’s name, amen.
